No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the hotel or lounge. A minimum fee of $250.00 will be charged.
Reservations and Cancellations
We accept all major credit cards! Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.
At time of booking, we require payment for at least the first night’s stay. Reservation is refundable up to ten (10) days prior to the date of your reservation. Thereafter, first night is retained, and for the remainder of your reservation, you will be issued a gift certificate that you may use within three months.
*For all holidays and special events, which may include, but not be limited to the following, Shrimp Festival, Deer Festival, Paducah National Quilt Show Week, River to River Relay, there is a two day minimum reservation. Full, non-refundable payment required at booking, with a 120 day cancellation policy.
The hours of check-in are from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please advise us on your anticipated time of arrival in order for us to provide you with a personal welcome to the Mansion Hotel. We set our schedule to accommodate yours, therefore if needs be, simply contact us to make alternative arrangements.
Check-out time is 10:00.am.
For early check-in or extended check-out, speak with your innkeeper who will advise on the possibilities. Additional charges may apply.
If you are traveling with a pet and no other options are available, allowances can be made for an additional fee AND a deposit.
And Lastly, The hotel's lounge stipulates Advance reservations are required. Alcohol is only served to our dine in guests.
